WHAT IS BIOHACKING ?

The general meaning is to make changes to your body or lifestyle to improve something about yourself, like your health, brainpower, or athletic ability.

Prior to technology, taking care of your health was low tech and personal. Since people didn't have smartwatches or apps to track their stats, they just went by "gut feeling" and advice that was passed down from their parents.
